Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping is only available to addresses in the United States.

Free shipping is available to addresses in the contiguous United States on orders over $50. HI, AK, PR, and USVI customers please note some products may not be shipped to your region due to air freight restrictions and/or damage concerns. 

 

Order Processing

Processing times for stocked items is usually 2-3 business days. During times of peak demand, processing times may extend to 3-5 days for stocked items. Please note that orders containing multiple product types will be shipped when the last product type is processed.

 

Damaged Items

On occasion, some products may arrive damaged as a result of rough handling by the carrier. In the event of damaged goods,homōko will gladly issue a store credit, refund, or replacement order for damaged items. Please email us at sales@homoko.co with a description of the damaged items and a photo if possible.

 

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible. We are more than happy to get the correct products shipped or issue a refund or credit for the missing items.

 

Lost Packages

If a package has been lost in shipment, please contact the Carrier as soon as possible with your tracking number and report that your packaging has been lost. Once you have completed this step, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to recover your package or file a claim. 

All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be filed within 30 days of the stated delivery date of your package. homōko will not be liable for any claims filed after this time frame.

 

Returns

Many of our products are handmade and must be held to the highest health standards. For this reason, we do not automatically offer a refund for all products if you would like to return the product. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is accepted, a 25% restocking fee will be applied at the discretion of homōko. Any items that have been altered by the customer after being received can not be returned or refunded. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Order Cancellations

An order may be cancelled if our customer service team receives the request prior to the order being shipped. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all standard products that can be restocked. An order may not be cancelled once it has been shipped.
